Terms of Service

By adding EvaluBot to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and stop using it. EvaluBot is a product of Digital Den.

EvaluBot inspects a Discord server, scores it out of 100, and returns a report with recommendations. It is a read-only tool. It does not ban, kick, edit, or change anything in your server. EvaluBot is currently in beta, and features and limits may change.

Audit commands require the Administrator permission in the server and are disabled in direct messages. You are responsible for using EvaluBot only in servers where you are authorized to do so, and for complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

While EvaluBot is free during beta, usage is bounded to keep the service healthy for everyone:

• One audit per server per calendar month, reset on the first of the month. The cap is per server, not per person.
• Daily guardrails of up to 3 audits per user and 3 per server each day.
• Up to 10 scheduled audits pending per user, each counting toward the monthly cap of the month it runs in.
• Additional runs may be granted on request through the support server, with an automatic expiry.

Do not attempt to bypass these limits, overload the service, or use EvaluBot in a way that disrupts it for others.

EvaluBot is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uptime, and audits may be queued during busy periods. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

An EvaluBot report is informational. It highlights configuration and security findings to help you improve your server, but it does not guarantee that your server is secure and does not replace your own judgement. You remain responsible for how your server is configured and moderated. EvaluBot is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Den is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EvaluBot, or for any loss resulting from acting on, or failing to act on, the contents of a report.

Our Privacy Policy explains what EvaluBot stores, what it never stores, and the controls you have over your data. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as EvaluBot evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using EvaluBot at any time by removing it from your server. We may restrict or end access for anyone who abuses the service or violates these terms.
